Can slide under your rack or be loaded down with plates or something else heavy instead of bolting it to the floor.
Requires barbell (not included) to slide into the sleeve.
- Multi-directional swivel allows you to do rotational exercises as well as variations of presses and rows.
- Included handle for T-bar rows (back training)
- Using slings or Angles90 grips (not included) can allow for various grips to hit muscles from different angles.
Core trainers are excellent for unilateral upper body training and rotational torso training. You can do a variety of challenging exercises such as:
- Landmine press
- Russian twists
- One arm deadlifts
- One arm rows
- One arm shrugs
