Technique barbell for recovering from injury or Junior barbell for learning movements. Fits standard Olympic plates so that more load can progressively be added to the bar before progressing to a heavier barbell.
Note that the 1280mm distance between the sleeves is slightly shorter than the 1310mm of standard Olympic barbells (men's and women's). If you want to use this bar on a bench press stand or squat rack, please measure your rack before purchasing.
