Some plates are identified as "new old stock", which means they have not been used, but have been sitting at the factory for an extended period. We have offered a nominal discount. We will inspect all plates before shipping and offer further discount if and when we deem it appropriate.

If status is listed as “On backorder” and an estimated availability date is given, then this product has a confirmed order with our supplier. The ETA (estimated time of arrival) listed on the description is our best estimate but is subject to change due to shipping times and customs processing times.
If status is listed as “On backorder” but no date is given, then we do not have a confirmed order from our supplier and/or they have not given us a date for when the production will be complete at the factory. If you buy one of these items and we are not able to confirm the order within 60 days, we will refund your order in full. We encourage you to backorder products you are genuinely interested in because it shows us what customers want and it gives us leverage to ask the factory for better prices.
If an item is listed as “Out of Stock”, we do not have plans to reorder it. Please send us an e-mail to express your interest in us potentially restocking this product.
